Great eye cream
It is a good cream. Not sure if it is better than NeoCutis though. Will have to wait and see. Not as calming as NeoCutis, otherwise ok.
Why?
I've always wonder why people buy eye creams when they can use the same stuff on the eyes as they put on their face. When I get samples like this, in 4 PHA, I use them as under-eye primers under makeup. This works well for that purpose, so it gets 3 stars. It helps saves the primer I already purchased at full price. Aside from that, what's the attraction?
Great product
My dermatologist had me try this product and it works great for crows feet and puffy eyes. I only use it in the morning and I am often asked by other women what product I use because they don't see any of my "fine lines". The price at Amazon was way better than at the dermatologist, too.

Great eye cream
I have tried a variety of eye creams and have fell in love with this one. It is very hydrating, helps with my puffiness, and with aging concerns around my eyes. I like the product because it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and I am able to put it on my eyelids without any irritation. This tube will last you forever.
