I use the Red/coarse disc for arms & legs. It allows nutrients from serums & creams to adsorb better. Skin feels soft & silky. Looks healthy.

Gives you a little more abrasion than the green disc. Just be careful not to leave it in one spot or go too slowly otherwise you will end up with a red/rash. I also had this happen with the green disc although it's happened.
I use these on my legs and agree with the other reviewer that it would be nice to just buy the larger size.
I use the green disk for all over the face then switch to the red and go back over some minor scars on my face to help smooth the edges and make them less noticeable. A heck of a lot cheaper than microdermabrasion from a doctor or laser treatments.
I love using these on my arms and legs. They make my skin smooth. I wish they would sell these in just the bigger size.
I love how smooth this makes my skin feel. Will purchase again. It has helped my skin so much.
Bought these as well as the Microderm appliance for myself. So far so good.
These are great buy, wish they were all the bigger size
My skin is not really sensitive but these are a bit too much for my skin. The blue don't do too much (recommended for sensitive skin) -- but the green are perfect for the face for normal skin. The red are wonderful for the body especially before self tanners and in the summer with short or sleeveless to do the top of the shoulders, top back and arms and elbows especially. For the neck and décolletage area, stick with the green discs.
Because my skin is very tough, the coarse discs are the best choice for me. My enlarged pores are minimized and dark spots disappear. Those with delicate skin should avoid these unless they have been using the medium discs for a while to build up tolerance.
